At The Twilight Nest, we care about every item that reaches your home. Also, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:
When Returns Are Accepted:
- Size or fit issues
- Quality concerns
If your order falls under these, please contact us within 3 days at hello@thetwilightnest.com. Include your order number. Additionally, add clear photos of the product. 📸
Return Conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during transit
- There is a manufacturing defect
- Next, request a return within 3 days of delivery
- Then, keep the item unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact
- A ₹100 courier pickup fee applies (we’ll arrange it for you)
- Finally, we review and approve all returns
Store Credit:
- Once your return is approved, we will issue store credit equal to the value of your returned item. ✨
- You can use this credit anytime to order another product from our website.
- In addition, the credit never expires and can only be used at The Twilight Nest.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products
